The Mission of Working Wardrobes
For over three decades, Working Wardrobes has been dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to meaningful employment. Their mission is rooted in providing people with the tools, confidence, and skills they need to secure and maintain jobs, paving the way for lasting economic stability. Each year, they donate over 500,000 garments to individuals from diverse backgrounds—veterans, those impacted by the justice system, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals experiencing homelessness or food insecurity. By addressing personal and systemic challenges, Working Wardrobes ensures every client receives tailored support and resources to succeed.
